A:To register your warranty, please provide your Amazon order number. We recommend completing this within 30 days of purchase for prompt activation of your coverage.

A:The process for changing the user code varies by model. For a typical electronic keypad safe, the general steps are:
Open the safe with your key for the initial setup.
With the door open, locate the reset button inside.
Press the reset button; a beep will sound and the keypad light will typically flash.
Enter your new 4 to 8-digit code on the keypad, then press the '#' key (or follow your manual's prompt).
Note: Please consult your specific user manual for exact instructions, as processes may differ. A master code (see next question) is often needed to modify other user codes.

A:Both codes will open the door,there is a difference about setting ways per the detailed safe manual,we would recommend that you could set both codes if multiple people will use this safe,and you could set only one code if you are the only one using it.

A:Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. To process your request, you will need to provide:
The Amazon order number for your safe
A clear photo of the serial number located by the keyhole,
and Your complete shipping address.
Please kindly note that as each key is uniquely made, delivery of a replacement typically takes approximately 30 to 35 days.

A:It is highly recommended that you keep the key in a safe place after you reset your password,please do not ever put your keys in the safe.If you forget your password, please open the door by your key, and reset the password according to the manual
